Virtual Dietetic Internship Rotation
Greetings dietetics interns! If you are interested in entrepreneurship, communication, food as medicine, plant-based cooking and eating, and you are creative, self-directed, take initiative, explorative, pay attention to details, ask questions, willing to learn and grow, this internship rotation may be for you.
The culinary nutrition and wellness internship rotation with Thrive Youniversity, a subsidiary LLBJ Culinary and Wellness Enterprises LLC is a six to eight-week experience. This is a virtual rotation. Activities and projects will be determined in collaboration with your preceptor. You will complete activities based on your interest and needs, the needs and priorities of the company.
Examples of activities and projects include:
- Develop and/or modify plant-based recipes
- Developing a virtual 6-week course or masterclass with recorded video content and a workbook (topic chosen in collaboration with the preceptor)-REQUIRED
- Record plant-based cooking tutorials, cooking/education series
- Research and Development
- Create culinary nutrition and wellness tip sheets and infographics for clients
- Create and execute engaging social media campaigns
- Write blog and newsletter articles
